it does, but everything looks pixelated as hell. someone on the board here said that the ps2 is outputting one resolution causing conflict with the lcd's native resolution.

be warned though that the ps2 outputs an interlaced picture by default, to utilize the transcoder, the input signal must be progressive. So it'll only work for progressive compatible games, you won't be able to see the dashboard, and you'll have to navigate blindly to enable progressive scan in games.
