Anyone have any ideas on what I should get? Should I just wait till more come out or just lunge at the Chaintech or Gigabyte ones?

I can't wait to upgrade but I am trying to hold out for another week or 2. Hopeing more are released. If I bought one right now I would go with the Chaintech.

The ECS NFORCE4-A939 is out in Japan and it's a really cheap board, about $100. Here's a pic and here's a review of the KN1 Extreme, which uses the same PCB but has additional extras.

Based on past nForce3 boards I would say that Gigabyte, Chaintech and EPoX will have boards with very good performance/cost ratio, and ABIT should have something cheap also. The thing is, will they make a cheap nF4 Ultra too? So far that's a yes only for Chaintech.

If you can find the Chaintech for sale go for it, just remember to have some air blowing to the chipset heatsink if you're overclocking.

I think the price for the Gigabyte XP version will remain > $200. The nF3 Ultra XP is $190 right now.

What you want is a Gigabyte nF4 Ultra non-XP board. The GA-K8N Ultra-9 appeared on their website, that one should cost between $100-150. Link

I'm getting impatient with these delays... :( that is a nice mobo ChineseDemocracy. It looks very nice and comes with a bad-ass bundle. Wireless networking anyone? :)
