Best value....P4 2.4, 2.6, or 2.8???

I'm looking to get a new system pretty soon. I was wondering which processor will give me the best results for overclocking. The P4 2.4c. 2.6c, or 2.8c??? Will all of them be able to reach 3.5GHz and be stable??? I already made up my mind on the motherboard which would be the Asus P4S800D-E Deluxe based on the SiS 655TX chipset. I haven't made up my mind on the ram or the cpu fan yet though... What do you guys think of the Cooler Master Aero 4 model #ISB-V73???

best value?? NF7-S matched with a mobile 2400 Barton. Hard to beat that combo for less than 180 bucks, Should get you 2.5ghz easy which is the equivilent to a 3.5ghz P4 and with a little luck 2.7 on Air
