Best value Net PC ?

Hi Folks. Can someone please help me a choose a prebuilt desktop that is the best value for web browsing ?
No gaming- no editing- no movies
But I would like to be able to have 20 some pages open at once going back and forth..It's all research.
I don't want to have to spend any more than necessary and I already have a monitor and external HDD.

Web browsing is not very demanding. Probably any new dual core CPU* with at least 2GB RAM will work.

*The only caveat being to get something above a nettop/netbook level. That means no Atom CPU and no AMD C or E series APU. They can be okay for most web browsing, but I'd still aim a bit higher.

I agree with Zap, pretty much any "new" dual core will be fine although may I suggest if you are going to have that number of web pages open you either spec it with 4gb of ram or upgrade it once you have it.
