best value dual-display PCI card

I can get this card for $20. I'm wanting a PCI dual-head card to compliment my AGP Radeon 9600 Pro, so I can have 4 monitors. will this card actually do it? is it going to be okay for dual display, or what is the best value card I can get to get an extra 2 displays from a PCI slot?
 
Which model FGL? As long as you don't plan to do 3D on it, then it's not too good to be true. It's an ATI workstation card, so it'll be fine for 2D. 🙂
