Which is cooler is the best at the price range of 20 - 30 bucks? I heard the volcano 7 is good but has issues with its clip. Any other good solutions at this price? Any advice is welcome! THanks!

I just recently replaced the Vantec CCK-6035D I was using with a CoolerMaster HHC-001 Heatpipe. This heatsink kicks royal butt! Brought down my temps by almost 10c.

I use the svc golden gate. Its ~28 shipped w/32cfm fan and was recomended by hardocp in a heatsink round-up. link

Whichever hsf you decide to get, make sure that it will fit on your mobo first cause some are too tight of a fit around capacitors next to the cpu socket.

By far the Thermalright SK-6 or for a few bucks more the Thermalright AX-7. The SK6 will take a 6 cm fan (those little beasties can be loud) or the AX-7 which takes an 8 cm fan which spin slower and are quieter. Unless of course you put a Delta fan on.

You can also outfit it with an 80mm fan.
