Best value AM3 mobo?

I'm looking to do a system upgrade on-the-cheap, and it looks like my best bet for a sub-$75 CPU is the Athlon II X2 250. That leaves me hunting an inexpensive (but not crappy) mobo to put it in. I haven't built an AMD platform in about five years, and there seems to be a HUGE number of different AM3 chipsets running around. Any direction that can be provided would be greatly appreciated! I'm not that interested in fancy features, just need it to run well and be reliable, as well as support a decent PCIe video card and include on-board sound.

I'm hoping to reuse my current PS, which is a CoolerMaster Extreme Power Duo 600w. I hope mobo PS connectors haven't changed in the last two years.

How is the quality/performance for the nForce boards for an Athlon II? I notice they seem to be a little less expensive. Also, any recommendations on RAM type/speed?

Available nVidia IGPs for AM3 perform much worse than the available AMD chipsets. In my opinion, the 785G is really the way to go.
