Best value 4x4GB memory modules?

With RAM this cheap, I figure it's best that I'll get 16GB of RAM. I intend to pair this with an Intel i5 2500K and a Z68 mATX board (haven't decided on which one). Which 4x4GB memory modules will overclock decently on a Z68 mATX board?

Are you sure you need 16GB memory? What applications is it for?

Memory overclocking isn't really a Sandy Bridge thing as overclocking the CPU is done by adjusting the multiplier, not the base clock.

They are low profile, so they stay out of the way of any cpu cooler you may have.

By default the BIOS will see them as 1333 MHz but you need to overclock them to get to 1600 MHz.

Not sure if its worth over clocking them though.

With socket 2011 coming out, will two sets of dual channel memory work fine? Or will quad channel be necessary?

there's no difference. given how sandy seems not to care for additional memory bandwidth i wonder how much difference quad channel will actually make over running it in triple channel?
