HTC One M8, Moto X (2013 or 2014), or LG G2 (or G3 if you are lucky).
I'd prioritize LG if camera and replaceable battery are important, HTC if audio quality is important, and the Moto X if a close to stock (out of the box) experience is important.

You can also get a new 2nd gen Moto G or a BLU Studio Energy II for that price.
