Best Upgrade Route?

My current system is the following

Abit Bx6 2.0
P3 450@527 (yea I got a lame p3)
256 pc100 ram
Banshee
sb live


anyays, I want to know whats the best route for upgrading the CPU on this system. I have about a 150-180 budget for the CPU, so would it be best to go for a p3 900 or should I go for AMD setup, I might be able to stretch the budget to 200.

What would you guys recommend?
 
You could buy a nice mobo and a Duron and overclock it to 950 or better which doesnt sound to bad. But if it was me I would try and find a P3 733 or something and overclock it to 933mhz and take whats left and buy a Geforce 2 MX/GTS. Or you could even buy a Celeron and hit 850+ but if you can find a P3 and new video that would be your best bet.

Of course you have PC100 ram so unless you can hit 133mhz with it np then you might have to go celeron 2. But if your not into games at all hardly I would look into getting a Duron/mobo combo.

Going the P3/celeron and video card route you will be able to run all the newest games with no problems.
