Best unlocked cell <$100 for prepaid service?

I'm getting t-mobile prepaid service for my wife and am looking for a <$100 unlocked cell phone on ebay.. can't decide what phone to get. looking at nokia 6101 but then there are all these other nice ones out there. primarily looking for new ones sold on ebay.. camera, and other features are nice but not required. Thanks!
 
Why do you need to buy from ebay? why not just go to t-mobile and buy one of their pre-paid phone packages? It shouldn't come out to more than $100
 
Can't you just walk into Target and buy a T-Mobile Nokia 6101 for $99?
