Best type of memory?

I'm looking to upgrade to another 128MB of PC 133 Mhz memory (total of 256), which will go on an ASUS A7V board. My question is, is there is definite difference in quality between PC133 ECC, PC133 CAS 2, PC133 CAS 2 ECC, and PC CAS 3? What would be the best memory to buy for the PC133Mhz type?

i say go with the crucial brand.

the most popular would be "PC133 CAS 2" it's the best for gamers etc.....

ECC is for Servers. CAS 3 Can't be overclocked that much compared to CAS 2.

Go for PC133 Cas2. Crucial and Mushkin are good brands.

Go for ECC if your motherboard supports it and you are paranoid about cosmic rays destroying your data. 🙂

Here's what PC150 is for. When u oc the fsb, it usually raises the Memory Bus too so your RAM has to be able to run at the oced fsb speed also, and PC150 is SDR that is guaranteed to run at 150MHz and CAS2 usually. But the truth is, Crucial is such high qual, that PC133 Curcial will run easily at 150MHz.
