Best type of cup noodles?

I've never tried that brand, but the ingredients look pretty good.

Except for the MSG, as I always get MSG-headaches.

The Japanese or Korean noodles seem to be the best... warning some of them are so spicy that your excrement will burn as it is ejected from your ailimentary canal.

noodle king. costs a little more but its definetly worth it. much closer to what u eat at a noodle shop then the sloppy sh*t noodles u get for 10cents.http://www.popus.com/gourmet-noodleking.html
plastic pack is bigger, two servings and has thicker stiff foil lined plastic then you'd see on cheap stuff. usually get the blue one though.

worst is walmart ramen. seriously disgusting. that or americanized flavours where they try to make the soup creamy, but it just comes off a nasty mess.

You know... pretty much most noodles are all about the flavoring. Tons of MSG, other flavoring, and lots of sodium = makes cup noodles cup noodles! =D

I loved cup noodles in asorted flavors.

Great taste & fun & convenient.

But I quit them when I read that the noodles are cooked in a type of oil that's very bad for your health.

Hmm... my parents (they work in the restaurant/food business)... they told me something about staying away from the noodles because of something used in them.. like an oil stabilizer in the manufacturing process. I dunno the exact details. Anyone know? :/

you needed to read to find out ramen is bad for you? wow

I like nissin. it doesn't have excessive flavoring like a lot of other brands. I hate burping the flavor of what I had for breakfast well into the afternoon  yuck

Nissin Shrimp Chow Mein instant noodle. It taste nothing like asian chow mein but taste more like a shrimp scampi pasta. Which is a good thing.

hmm i dont know what its called but my mom gets one that is a spicy chicken flavor and its pretty damn good!!
