i always wanted to buy one and now would like to know your opinions on the best one guys.....I live in India, so PAL is a must for me.....which one is the best?

I use pixelview. It is compatible with win95/98/98SE, plus win2K
HEre it cost AUS 125 (comparable to only USD 66.25). It compatibles with many TV system, PAL/NTSC/SECAM, have a video capture, and FM radio.
 
you might have to buy it somewhere in India or in S.E Asia.. for things in PAL system are very hard to find here in teh US... its not even considered.. even though PAL format is a lot better, in terms its got a higher resolution than NTSC.
