Best TV-Tuner?

What tv-tuner has the best video capturing quality and software? I have heard debates between Hauppauge and ATI. Can anyone help me set things straight. I am leaning towards the All-in-Wonder because I could use an 3d upgrade too.

I am using an ATI TV Wonder with my riva TNT. Everytying except the VCD player software is 100% reliable.

Got it for 60 bucks at buy.com a few months ago

My next door neighbor at school had an all in wonder and he never had any problems with it. Its a good stable card from what I've seen.

The All-In_wonder 128 is a good card. Personally I went with an ATI TV Wonder to go with my TNT2Ultra. That way I had fast 3d accel. and can upgrade my video at any time.

Well it would depend on how much you wanted to spend or slots you wanted to use. I like the Voodoo 3500 it has tv tuner and am/fm radio all on one card. Plus with the new drivers it should do fine.

MIRO PCTV IS A VERY GOOD CARD BUT SHE DOSEN`T HAVE REMOTE CONTROL.
IF YOU WANT TO DO VIDEO CAPTURING YOU SHOULD BYE A CARD THAT CAN DO ONLY THAT AND NOT A CARD WHERE IS AND A GRAPHIC CARD TOO (VGA)

You can't beat the Phoebe TV Tuner Card.

I brought one from an Egghead auction.

Advantages: Has a menu option that forces the TV picture to
be always on-top. In otherwords, when I'm watching
tv, make sure the overlay picture is not covered by
my current window unless I want it off.

Has a remote control.

Excellent picture. Plus, picture is a scalable window.
I have an I-Focus tv card in second pc that lacks this
feature.

When I want to upgrade 3d card, I don't lose my tv.

About $40 to $50 dollars.
Disadvantage:
Takes up an additional PCI slot over total AGP solution.
