Best TV-Tuner for under $120

I'm looking for the best TV-tuner card I can get for under $120. I've been looking at the Hauppauge WinTV Radio. Main features I want are: Remote and S-Vid input. I don't really need FM radio but the WinTV Radio has S-Vid input where the WinTV doesn't have it. I found the WinTV Radio for about 90 bucks at buy.com...maybe cheaper if I can find a coupon. Can anyone find a better card or cheaper price?
