Looking to buy one before I go back to school. Help. Thought about getting an AIW, but I'd rather save my money for something else.
 
A friend of mine had the Leadtek WinFast TV 2000(i think... its the one on newegg.com for around 55dollars US) anyway he liked it a lot, although he got rid of it because it seemed to be causing some problem or conflict with his radeon 9700 pro that he had at the time. I havent read any reviews but I have heard that most reviews for it are good.

ASUS 880 TV TUner/Capture is the best quality out there now...better quality than Leadtek as it uses the 10 bit chip (leadtek uses 8 bit). Quality on this card is near perfect. Nice remote too. Captures direct to MPEG 2. Got mine for $60 at Newegg last month.
