Best TV output card?

Hey all, i am looking to find the best TV output for my 32'' TV. Its a cheap GE, non HD, but its still 32''. I want something that i can play DiVX movies/TV shows on my TV and will also allow the TV to be used as the primary monitor.

Any recent Radeon, GF4mx or Matrox card will do the trick for analog TV-out. I use Radeon cards, and the s-video output is very good for videos and FPS and racing type games. The nvidia GF4MX cards have reputably very good video playback, and IIRC support TV-Tool for better video output, and the matrox DVD-Max is supposed to work well outputing full screen video. All will "let" you use the TV as your primary monitor IIRC (I know the Radeon will for sure), but "none" will be worth actually doing it (480i output sucks for anything text based including the desktop)
