best tv out utils

i am wondering what the best tv out utils are. as far as color correction, size correction and so on..what do people think are the best?
 
😉 Well Radeon cards have excellent TVout while all nVidia cards really need some enhancing.

🙂 I only have experience with TV-Tool which is very good for nVidia cards, you need v6.5 for GF4 cards though. You get a 15min timed version for free trial and have to pay for the full version, I'd like to know of any better/cheaper alternatives.
 
The sad thing is that there are no alternatives. ATI's tv out is decent after overscan is enabled, but when compared to a bt 868 or conexant video out chip w/ tvtool, its no comparison. The tv out from a radeon is nowhere near the output of my guillemot geforce 1 w/ tvtool(bt 868). Its clear, and readable at 800/600 via svideo out. No borders whatsoever, unlike the radeon which has a small border on the bottom.
