best tv out utils

i am wondering what the best tv out utils are. as far as color correction, size correction and so on..what do people think are the best?

Well Radeon cards have excellent TVout while all nVidia cards really need some enhancing.

I only have experience with TV-Tool which is very good for nVidia cards, you need v6.5 for GF4 cards though. You get a 15min timed version for free trial and have to pay for the full version, I'd like to know of any better/cheaper alternatives.

The sad thing is that there are no alternatives. ATI's tv out is decent after overscan is enabled, but when compared to a bt 868 or conexant video out chip w/ tvtool, its no comparison. The tv out from a radeon is nowhere near the output of my guillemot geforce 1 w/ tvtool(bt 868). Its clear, and readable at 800/600 via svideo out. No borders whatsoever, unlike the radeon which has a small border on the bottom.
