Best TV out card

I need to feed the signal from my AV server to my TV. I don't play games on this machine so serious 3D is a waste of money. I do surf the web on it though. Anyone got any suggestions for a video card? S-video out would be nice.

Rage Fury PRO has better TV-out than plain Rage Fury (different TV-decoder chip). I just got a Rage Fury PRO for $90 at Best Buy and I also have a Rage Fury, so I have been able to compare them. The PRO is hands-down better. Both have s-video outputs.

But surfing the web using TV-out is not going to be pretty. Even the best TV's just don't have the resolution to make text legible, unless you have a HDTV with a VGA input.

But the Rage Fury Pro is tops for playing DVD's, and as a bonus gaming performance is halfway decent.
