Best TV card that works fine with Windows 2000?

Based in the UK (if that makes any difference), so will be receiving UK DVB-T signal, we have 2 TVs on freeview, so signal is reasonable here.

Record one channel whilst watching another would be nice, but is by no means mandatory.

Can't seem to find any up to date advice on what's the best out there. Happy to pay up to about £100, but it'd need to be pretty awesome to merit that much.

I'll probably end up using GB-PVR software wise, so if anyone has any good experiences with certain hardware with that, info would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
