Best TV < $250

Can anyone help me out here?

I'm looking for the best looking, sounding, and reliable TV I can get for AT MOST $250. This is for a bedroom, I'd expect to get 19" or 20", stereo, AV input(s), and if possible, an S-video input. Is this a realistic, and if so any specific recommendations?

BTW, I'm on a tight budget, please don't tell me to "spend $50 more and get this or this great TV." $250 is all I've got for it.

I've seen a nice 20" Panasonic @ CostCo B&M for $229

Definitely check CostCo/Sam's Club first.

There were some good deals on Apex TV's recently weren't there?

This is what I was thinking of.

27" for that price is pretty badass any way you slice it.

I believe Circuit City had the 20" Apex TVs for $99.99 on Sunday. I wanted so badly to get one of those. Even though they might not last that long, for the price it seemed really worth it.
