I know you're looking for sites, but if you go out and purchase the book ColdFusion for Dummies, you will learn a lot as well. They provide you with a CD of the trial version of CF Server... assuming you have a webserver to install it on...

Webmonkey is a great site too.

i suggest buying a book too. i started working in coldfusion at work with no prior experience. its hard stuff when you dont know where to look. Allaire Forums are a good resource.

thanks for the suggestions, i alrady have a book i was just looking for sites taht could teach it really well, i am more of a visual learner...ie class and all, man only if those VHS tutorials weren't $215
