Best trojan remover?

I have symantic antivirus which seems to find problems but often gives "access denied" when it tries to clean the infected file or quarantine it. I also use spybot and adware but even with the above combination, I feel that there is a trojan not getting eliminated. Any suggestions on a good trojan remover? Thanks.

Right-click this text file and save it. Download the scanning utility and unzip it, disable System Restore, reboot into Safe Mode, and use the command in the text file to fire off the scanner. It'll take a while, so if you have lots of data, you may want to do this overnight.
