i sometimes figure that maybe only 20% of the people that get married, if that, should be. we already know 50% of them say "fuck this", and i think we all have met a couple or two that have no business being together, but just stay that way.

Although thats why I tend to scoff at the "it gets better" PSA's, I barely got a chuckle out of that. Daniel Tosh's show is still the toilet bowl of Comedy Central.

On a broader note, many don't realize that it takes way more than love to make a marriage work. It takes a lot of...well....work. Most people don't understand what marriage really is when they get into it. We as a society have done a piss-poor job of teaching each subsequent generation what marriage really means and entails.
