Best Ti4200 to overclock!!!

Hello,
Does anyone know what is the best Ti4200 to overclock--Abit, Albatron, Asus, Chaitech, Gainward, MSI, PNY, XFX and etc. Please let me know.

I have a prolink pixelview ti4200 128mb 8x oc'ed to 315/605. I can still push some more out of my memory and core..... I think that albatron makes the best overclocking ti4200's
 
Asus V8420S... running happily at 325/650 right now. I can increase the RAM up to 675 and only notice tearing in 3DMark2001's Dragothic test. Above 675 and you can see it in all games. At 650, there's no tearing in any game or any test.

how noisy is this card? I currently have a Leadtek Vivo Winfast A350 and have it at 330/513. I don't use the vivo stuff, so I'm thinking of selling this in favor of a quiet, but faster video card.
