can someone tell me the best tutorial sites online i can use to overclock my thunderbird and gf2 mx and whats best way to apply the artic silver/suporb hsf, how much artic do i need to use?

apply Artic Silver VERY thin..

Very thin layer all over the core.
it really doesn't need much, and the thinner the better.
