Best thermal grease/compound?

Arctic Silver III is the crowd favorite around here, and probably the easiest to locate as well.
 
Shin-etsu is actually better than AS3 but its way more expensive ($6/gram) and harder to apply. if your gonna use it numerous times, its more cost efficent to get the AS3
