What are your opinions as to what the best type of whitening trays/strips etc are?

Same here. I used them before my wedding so wouldn't have ganky teeth in the photos. Worked wonders. They did make my teeth sensitive while wearing them though. Pricey but they do work!

Be careful using teeth whiteners, some can thin your enamel if you use them too frequently = bad.
