i found my last couple jobs through temp agencies who found my resume on dice. the job before that through monster.

I find that the best place to locate new jobs is in the local paper, or on the local paper's website. Found my current and previous job, both IT Industry, in the paper.

Just because it's an tech job, doesn't mean that the HR person putting up the posting is tech savy. They still like those old methods for some reason.
