I haven't cried at a movie in years.... When I saw Titanic in the theaters, the two girls I went with balled their eyes out though....

SAVING Private Ryan. Good choice;)[/i] >>

Shaving Ryans Privates is more likely to get you some action afterward ;)

Braveheart? chopping that skirt-wearing blood-lusting barbarian into pieces was a happy ending!

I heard Beaches is the best tear jerker there is, but you have to check your testicles at the door to see that one. It's on my "I will go to the grave without seeing this movie" list.

edit - If you want to see a REAL tear jerker, see Galippoli. (Bambi and Ole Yeller notwithstanding)...

Wife rented it once...it's pretty sad. Another one is Stepmom, and maybe Hanging Up if you've lost a parent recently (esp. a father).

I remember getting sad at Snoopy Come Home when I was a kid. ;)

Regarding Henry with Harrison Ford. Oh man. It's an emotional roller coaster. It's the happy tear jerker, where things work out, but you can't help it.

I had to stop watching that 911 show narrated by Captain Kirk, because it was always about some little boy or girl getting into some life threatening accident, and the a neighbor/stranger/paramdedic/good samaritan would call 911 and administer first aid and save the kids life.

The show would then do an interview with the kids mom/dad/parents and the mom would be all blubbery grateful and the dad would be all grimacing and holding back tears as they poured out their souls in gratitude to the good samaritan for saving their child.

Anyway, I can't watch stuff like that. I got two little kids. And it ain't fiction.
