Best Tbird to buy for max speed when overclocked?

I've been asking around what labeled speed is smartest to buy on a Tbird if one wants to end up 1.2ghz or at least 1.1ghz with air cooling (probably Alpha 6035 with a quieter a slightly less eff. Sunon fan)?

A 900, 950, 850, or should it be a 1.0? Any guestimates? I know there are no guarantees, except for the labeled speed, but I'm looking for educated guesses.

Obviously the safest thing to do if money were no object would be to just buy a labeled 1.2mhz Tbird. But money is an object. :)

So what is the smart buy? My gut tells me a 900 or 950mhz Tbird, but I really don't know why.

Thoughts from those of you with lots of Tbird OCing experience?

Oh, this will be put into one of the KT133A 133/266fsb boards that are coming out now.

I'd say make sure you get a 1.0 TBird, not only for the fact that it should be a higher quality part due to its higher rated speed, but the fact that you can be pretty-much guaranteed that it is built on the copper process.
