To me, it's a tossup between a cashew and a pistachio. Depends how they're used ;)

ooooo...both great choices, however almonds are there for me as well.

And for cooking, pine nuts are where it's at.

Roasted salted pistachios. Costco sells them in bulk (2 pounds? 5? for pistachios, that's bulk) and they're good quality.

Those are my two favorites but I definitely like pistachios the most. Godly. Now that I saw your thread I'm gonna pick some up tonight. ;)
