Best system monitor for i7?

What are you guys using to monitor the 8 logical cores on an i7? I use to use neon bar from yahoo widget but it would be a bit crazy for 8 cores. I've tried samurize and a few configs but nothing i really liked, but its so infinitely customizable maybe you guys found a nice one somewhere?
 
I've used Everest Ultimate for monitoring my C2Q system. My friends use it exclusively for overclocking and real-time monitoring of their systems. I personally use Everest for uptime, processor/RAM usage and temperature monitoring of HDDs, processor and motherboard components.

I highly recommend it for everyone who does any sort of computer monitoring, IT work, etc.
