Hi all,

I have a Logitech G5 Laser mouse.

What is the best colouring and material surface for this kind of mouse.

Sometimes when i move the mouse along on plain white paper, the cursor seems pulling back.. It happens when i move very slowly.

so... I thought laser mouse can be worked on any surfaces with the same performance. but if my mouse isn't i guess it isn't.

It works better on a scribbled-on piece of paper than a blank one. The more "stuff" the laser can look at, the better it'll track.

Recycled paper.

Best optical mousepad I've ever had was a tablet of recycled paper. When it got dirty, I'd just tear off that sheet, giving me a nice clean new surface to work with.
