Best Suited RAM / Chipset for 2.53Ghz P4

Okay, I am very confused now..
I am going to try Intel's 2.53Ghz P4, since Anand claims that it currently outperform the AMD AthlonXP series.

I would be glad if somebody could enlighten me by answering several of my queries about the p4 CPU..

1. ABOUT THE RAM NEEDED...
On 2nd paragraph, Anand's review said that:
"..there isn't a single Pentium 4 DDR solution available today that can offer the amount of bandwidth necessary to feed a 4.26GB/s 533MHz FSB.".

So until now, is it better to pair this CPU with an RDRAM?
Is there any DDR Ram that can satisfy the CPU need of bandwidth yet?

2. ABOUT THE CHIPSET...
What chipset do you guys recommend? SiS(648/645) or Intel (845/850)? or maybe there are better one?

3. MOTHERBOARD...
Round it all up with a good Mobo...
what brand of Motherboard will best suited above requirement?

Is it better if RAID/LAN is implemented in the Mobo? Or having separate component cards is better?
[If we are looking in the view of PCI slot efficiency or possible IRQ conflicts in having several separated cards]

I am hoping this thread could become a review/comparison around 2.54Ghz P4 CPU; and I believe your response could enlighten other anandtech members too.
Waiting for responses...
