Best suited powersupply for my new PC based on Z9PE-D8

Hi Guys,

Again need your opinion on choosing PSU for the System.
It will have following items:

Z9PE-D8 WS
Dual Xeaon 2620 V2 (80W TDP)
2x1TB Sata II HDD
3 SSD (Samsung Pro )
64GB Memory
12 120MM Fans
2 200MM Fans


I have a CoolerMaster Silent Pro 1000W PSU which is currently in my other system with G1Siper 3 and I7 3770K CPU with GTX 680.

I want to use new system for my LAB purpose and will have running VMs on Server 2012 .
