What do you guys think is the best subscription service for usenet messages (specifically binaries)? I hear Giganews is pretty good.

How does the @Home newsgroup servers compare to these subscription services?

Thanks for the input!

I personally use Supernews. I find that it helps... supplement what access that I do get. Especially since @Home's servers are notorious for non-completion. ;)

newsguy - 1 GB limit per day. many groups. my subscription has not ended yet.

airnews - relatively unlimited download, pay more, get faster downloads =), some groups not available. my subscription just started...

@home SUCKS from what i've been told over the past few YEARS!!! ;-)

supernews is good too, too expensive for my taste... and limited GB per month, but fast as heck. i had a year with them, and canceled a month into the "new" year...

my isp's service sucks since they switched to another provider forcing me to service elsewhere... =( they were using supernews.
