Now that my sub is built I have a question. What is best settings for my sub via my amp. The two I need to set are: Phase 0-180 and Crossover 40 - 160 :) If it means anything it's going to be used 99.9% for home theater.

Phase: Depends on your room and where the sub is in your room.

Crossover: Depends on what your other speakers are, what kind of amp you're driving them with, where you set those crossovers, and what you listen to.

for home theatre you're going to want your sub crossed over at 80hz........since that's the standard at which LFE kicks in, sounds logical to me, it's what i've got mine set to and it sounds pretty sweet.

as for phase, depends on where it is and how you have everything setup, mine plays in regular phase, but it's really only two options, whichever sounds best....

for phase, try it one way. listen. then flip it the other way. listen. pick whichever one sounded louder.

for crossover, if possible just set it at your receiver and set the sub to either not use the crossover or all the way up. set it a little above the rated lowest frequency of your front speakers. the lower the better, but you don't want a gap in the frequency range. nothing sounds crappier than cranked bass over around 60-80 Hz.

Have to try it out more tomorrow. Just got done watching Lethal Weapon. My brother could hear the bass like 75 feet away in his room, I'm satisfied almost :p
