Best sub-$350 27" monitors

Been in the market for a new monitor. Been using a 26" 720p LG TV as one for some time now. I want to use it to replace my TV in the den, which is starting to go.

I use it mainly for gaming and surfing the web, as well as the occasional HD video.

What I want:
-Under $350
-1080p, I don't need a higher resolution than this
-Speakers. Computer is hooked up to the surround system in the den but I don't use it when just surfing YouTube.
-4ms or less response time. The current monitor is 4ms.
-LED back lit
-IPS would be nice to have but I haven't seen too many in this price range

Been looking at a few. Namely ones my Asus and AOC, which are supposedly very good. Been seeing some cheap IPS panels going up on eBay from these no-name Korean brands. A lot of those lack HDMI though.

Built-in speakers are crap. Why would you want those? Explain.

See OP. I have the computer hooked up to my 5.1 system in my den. I don't use it when just surfing the web, so I use the TV's speakers instead.

Update: Also noticed the Dell has a 7ms GTG reponse time.

I'm going to give the Dell a shot since it seems like the best general use choice. I'll report back when I get it. 🙂

I got the Dell and it does look great aside from the entire left hand half of the screen having a yellow tint to it. I don't seem to have much luck with these glass IPS displays as my first iPad 3 had the same issue. Guess I'll have to RMA it.
