Best stripe size for RAID 0 Array

I just got two new WD 80gb special edition HDs to put in RAID 0 on my Soyo Dragon Ultra, and I've been reading around to see what the optimal stripe size would be, but no one seems to agree on it. As far as my use patterns, I use a lot of mp3's, play some games, and do a lot of video editing and divx encoding. Any thoughts on the best stripe size for me?
