Best Strategy to Match Memory

I currently have a Dell E1505 [Core Duo 1.66GHz] laptop with 1.5GB of RAM [1GB & 512MB DDR2].

The 1GB is a PNY 1GB PC2-4300 DDR2 SODIMM Memory and I'd like to replace the 512MB with another 1GB DDR2. I found this pqi 1GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) for $22.50. Can I ignore the PC2-4300 vs PC2-4200?

Any pearls of wisdom would be appreciated.

Thanks

I was in the exact same situation with my E1505.

I decided to not screw with it and bought a pair, and sold the old 1GB stick.
