The Morgan doesn't come with those steppings. Remember, it has aluminum interconnects, not copper ones like the XP. The core limit seems to be 1400MHz. They generally come in two steppings. Some of the 1GHz cpu's has the better stepping, but many have the slower stepping and top out at 1200MHz or so. The best thing is to find the cheapest 1.2GHz Morgan, it always has the better stepping. I have tested three and using 2.0v and air-cooling they all hit at least 1350-1390MHz. Not the greatest, but still a good deal for $37 shipped. I bought these a few months ago when they were priced about $45, with the cheapsest XP going for $80. The XP 1600 is now down to $55 and usually gets 1600MHz, maybe a better deal overall.
