Best step by step A64 OC guide?

I ordered an A64 3000 and a DFI Lanparty NF3 250GB a little while ago, and now i'm trying to read up on overclocking, it's just so damn confusing with an A64 it seems like. Could someone point me to the best guide for overclocking an A64? I already read a couple but they didn't explain anything very well.

I want to be confident that i can do it on my own, and obtain 2.4 ghz or higher hopefully (doubt that though). Maybe someone could just tell me here? I don't understand all this stuff about multipliers, CAS latency, and ram timings, stuff like that. Does it have to be so confusing?

Thanks, those are the basics i see...i'm kinda looking more specifically an A64 overclocking guide, as it's different than most chips.

What to do after those 3 steps? I have no idea what i'm doing. Doesn't happen to be any A64 OC Video guides out there, does there? , i could probably understand it if i saw it, doesn't make sense to me reading it though.
