Best Steering Wheel in the $100 range.

I'm looking at finally getting a steering wheel for my PC for driving games but i'm totally lost when it comes to picking one. Obviously I know Logitech are good but I quite like the look of a couple of the Saitek models they offer, like the R220 and R440. With regards to those two models, is the only real difference FF? Lastly just how worth it is FF?
 
seems like force feedback would be one the most important items on your list

how fun would it be to sit in an arcade sim with no resistance?
I'm assuming that would carry over to home use as well
