There is no single "best" spyware removal tool. Use several in conjuction for best results, see Section B of the Consolidated Security Thread.

I use SpyBot and Ad-Aware if any spyware gets on my comp. Occasionally some get on it, but its rare since I'm also running SpywareBlaster and Firefox.

He's 100% correct.

IMHO Spysweeper and Spyware Doctor are the most thorough removal tools available.
