Best speed DDR4 RAM for ASUS X99 E-WS to ensure durability and longer term stability

Hi, everyone. I'm looking to buy RAM for my ASUS X99 E-WS Motherboard. I'd like to buy a G.SKILL F4-3000C15Q-16GRR chips. However, because I'm not going to play games or overclock, I thought maybe buying a lower speed RAM like 2133 or 2400 might be a better choice. Money is not a concern, I just thought that 3000 speed RAM may overstress my motherboard a little bit more than 2133 or 2400 speed RAM. I'm not a tech pro, and this is my first time building a computer, so I don't really understand much in these issues. So provided that I'm not overclocking wouldn't it be better to go for a lower speed RAM for a longer term reliability and stability or that difference in speed doesn't really matter that much? I'd greatly appreciate it if someone knowledgeable could help me on this. Thank you.

I went with G.SKILL F4-3000C15Q-16GRR for my intel 5960x cpu. I figured I did not want to replace the ram down the road. and you have the option to downclock the ram and under volt it if you would like. As far as lasting longer any ram you buy should not effect the lifetime of the reliability of the cpu and motherboard in anyway.
