Best Spam Killing software w/ MS Outlook 2003 ?

i know some people don't like Microsoft or Outlook, but I use it as I also have a Dell Axim X30 PocketPC that I synchronize with it.

Anyway, I was wondering if someone could recommend some Spam killing software that can be used with Outlook 2003. I recently tried the free McAfee Internet Securiy but it made a whole separate program with it's spam killing. I would like something that works with Outlook. Integration or something.
