Best source to find info on a company?

I've been offered a position at a mid-tier IT company. What's the best way to find out about the company's outlook? I've already checked their stock, daily financial reports (via Yahoo Finance), and news sites (e.g. CNET news). Anything else I should check?

No matter how good a company looks on paper they can still possibly tank at any time. Ask the employees how they like working there and go from there.

Check their quarterly and annual reports, use Factiva or a service like it to find all kinds of stuff.
